Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any prescription can be considered. Your payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If our prescriber determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, a full refund of any dispensing fee will be issued, less any non-refundable consultation fee where applicable.
Once your prescription has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, we aim to deliver your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or adverse weather.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our prescriber for a full refund. Once a prescription has been clinically approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK regulations governing the return of prescription medicines.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. To request a cancellation, contact us at the details provided on our website.
